基于空间句法的不同道路密度区内土地利用特征研究——以武汉市为例

Land Use Change in Different Road Density Regions Based on Space Syntax:A Case Study of Wuhan City

研究不同道路密度区内的土地利用特征,在进行不同道路密度区划分时,引入了空间句法指数作为道路属性的权重值进行道路的加权密度计算,通过分析与GDP（gross domestic product）的空间相关性,验证了该方法的可行性。研究结果表明：（1）使用空间句法指数加权的道路密度相对无加权的道路密度具有更高的准确度,其中局部深度值加权的道路密度与GDP存在最高的空间相关性,其空间相关性达0.604 2。（2）土地利用程度与道路密度之间存在一定的相关关系,道路密度越大的区域,其土地利用程度越高。（3）武汉市道路低密度区的景观格局特征接近全市整体的景观格局特征,优势用地类型为耕地和水域;道路高密度区的景观格局与道路低密度区的景观格局差异较大,其优势用地类型为建设用地;道路中密度区作为道路高密度区和道路低密度区之间的过渡区域,其景观格局特征融合两者特征的同时,倾向于道路高密度区的景观格局特征。

In this paper,the characteristics of land use in different road density areas are studied.When dividing the road density into different regions,the space syntax index is introduced as the weight value of the roads.The practicability of the method is verified by analyzing the spatial correlation with GDP.By using the method of standard deviation classification,high road density,medium road density and low road density areas are divided.The characteristics of land use degree and land use landscape pattern are analyzed and compared.Results show that：（1）Through the analysis of spatial correlation with GDP,it is proved that the method has higher accuracy.The road density with local depth weighted has the highest spatial correlation with GDP,and the spatial correlation is 0.604 2.（2）There is a certain correlation between the degree of land use and road density,and the greater the road density,the higher the degree of land use.At the same time,the overall level of land use in Wuhan is low,and the land use degree is relatively concentrated,mainly in the high density area of the road.（3）The landscape pattern of the road of low density area in Wuhan is close to the city＇s general landscape pattern,whose advantageous land type is cultivated land and waters.The landscape pattern of the high density area of the road is different from the low density area,whose advantageous land type is construction land;density area road as the transition zone between the road of the area of high density and the road of low density area,its landscape pattern combines features and characteristics of the landscape pattern which tends to be alike that of high density area road.
