The Development Foundation and Future Expectations of Teacher Pedagogy in China

摘要 近20年来,我国教师教育学科建设取得长足的进展,初步构建了学科知识体系,着力建立学科规范制度,培养了大批高层次人才,形成丰硕的学术成果,这为我国教师教育学科发展奠定了较为坚实的基础。展望未来,我国教师教育学科建设尚需在以下几方面努力:加强学科制度建设,孕育学科发展文化;构建学科创新机制,激发学科发展活力;创新人才培养模式,培植学科发展根本;坚持研究理论立场,执守研究实践品格。 In the past 20 years, great achievements have been made in the discipline construction of teacher education in china. The discipline knowledge system has been set up, the disciplinary norms system has been established, a large number of high-level talents have been educated, and fruitful academic achievements have been made. These have laid a solid foundation for the development of teacher education discipline in China. In future, we need to do things in the following four respects to the discipline construction of teacher education in China. Firstly, we should strengthen the construction of the discipline system and nurture the culture of discipline development. Secondly, we should construct the innovation mechanism of teacher education discipline and inspire the vitality of discipline development. Thirdly, we should innovate personnel training mode and cultivate fundamental development of teacher education discipline. Finally, we should adhere to the theoretical position and hold on to the practice character of research on teacher education.
