特色化高教强省建设的理念、目标内容及其评价标准——浙江模式探析 被引量:8

摘要 目前,"高教强省"日益成为我国高等教育领域中的一个综合性话语体系。各地积极探索实施特色化的高教强省战略,是形成高教强国与高教强省建设"协奏曲"的需要。全面实施浙江高教强省战略,要确立与省情相符合的特色化理念、目标内容及路径举措;总体上要立足于既"强教"又"强省",坚持高等教育质量提升的内涵建设与服务发展并重。高教强省实现的评价标准要坚持共性与个性、定量与定性以及强教与强省相结合。 "Strong province of higher education" has become a comprehensive discourse system in the field of education in China. All parts of the country are actively exploring and implementing the strategy of strengthening provinces through higher education, which is the need to form a concerto for concerted development of a country with strong higher education and provinces with strong higher education. To fully implement the strategy of Zhejiang province's strong higher education, we should establish the ideas, goals, contents and paths that meet the "featured provincial situation". In general, we should construct the system based on "strong education" and "strong province", and we should insist on the combination of connotative construction of quality and service development. The evaluation system of strong province of high education therefore should adhere to the combination of commonness and individuality, quantitative and qualitative, and strong education and strong province.
