摘要
以新型绿色功能性表面活性剂醇醚糖苷(AEG)作为乳化剂,研制5%戊酸氰醚酯微乳剂,筛选配制该微乳剂的最佳配制工艺和方法。对复配得到的制剂进行各项技术指标的测定,得到最佳工艺条件和配方,实验结果表明:以AEG作为乳化剂的戊酸氰醚酯微乳剂具有良好的物理稳定性和化学稳定性,各项质量技术指标均达到该类微乳剂产品的国家标准。
A new type of green functional surfactant alcohol ether glycoside(AEG) was used as emulsifier to prepare 5% fenvalerate micro-emulsion.The optimum preparation process and method of preparing the micro-emulsion were screened.The optimum technological conditions and formula were obtained by testing various technical indexes of the prepared emulsion.The experiment results showed that the fenvalerate micro-emulsion with AEG as emulsifier had a good physical and chemical stability.And all the quality and technical indexes of micro-emulsion products could meet the national standards.
