摘要
研制了一种利用惰性或低活性有机颜料改性反应型聚氨酯胶黏剂,制备出辨识度高的聚氨酯胶黏剂。通过对比颜料种类、添加量,初步筛选出三种改色方案。通过常温力学性能、高低温力学性能、耐溶剂侵蚀性能等各方面力学性能的测试,三种改色方案中四氯苯醌改色的聚氨酯胶黏剂综合性能优于溶剂红49,油溶炭黑改色胶黏剂性能接近原胶黏剂力学性能。与原胶黏剂相比,改色胶黏剂在实际粘接工艺中胶接材料与胶层颜色区分明显,便于查验胶层缺陷,极大地提高了粘接质量,扩大了胶黏剂应用范围,尤其适用于一些特殊部位的粘接。
A preparation method to reacting polyurethane adhesive that polychromatic and high identification by using inert organic pigments was introduced in this paper.By controlling the pigments type,additive amount,three color-modified ways were selected.The comprehensive properties of chloranil color-modified adhesive was better than Red 49 color-modified adhesive and black carbon color-modified adhesive had the approached properties of original adhesive,through the test of room temperature performance,high and low temperature performance and solvent resistance.Com-pared with the original adhesive,color-modified adhesive had high degree of color identification contrast to cementing material in bonding process and could inspect defects of adhesive layer easily,greatly improving the quality of the adhesive,expanding the scope of the adhesive application,especial-ly suitable for some special bonding parts.
