摘要 目的分析Oculus眼表分析仪在干眼筛查中的应用效果。方法选择干眼患者130例,根据2007年国际研讨会制定的干眼标准分为蒸发过强型干眼、水液缺乏型干眼及混合型干眼。采用Oculus眼表分析仪检测患者非侵入性首次泪膜破裂时间(NITBUTf)、非侵入性平均泪膜破裂时间(NITBUTav)、下泪河高度(LTHM),并进行眼红分析,根据干眼分型和Oculus干眼分级,分析其与NITBUTav、NITBUTf、LTHM的相关性。结果 130例干眼患者中,蒸发过强型干眼74例,水液缺乏型干眼25例,混合型干眼31例。水液缺乏型NITBUTav和NITBUTf较混合型和蒸发过长型时间长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蒸发过强型LTMH较水液缺乏型和混合型更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眼红B级分析三组数值,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);眼红L级分析蒸发过强型较水液缺乏型数值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经相关性检验,NITBUTf、NITBUTav、LTMH与Oculus自动分级呈负相关(r=-0.283,P=0.02),眼红B分析值与眼红L分析值与Oculus自动分级呈正相关(r=0.354,P=0.01)。结论 Oculus眼表分析仪能诊断干眼,可辅助干眼分型和分级,为临床治疗提供依据。 Objective To analyze the application of ocular surface analyzer in dry eye screening. Methods A total of 130 patients with dry eye were selected. According to the dry eye standard established by the 2007 International Symposium,and they were divided into water deficiency type,excessive evaporation type and the mixed bype. The ocular survace of patients with non-invasive first tear break-up time( NIBUTf),the average non-invasive tear break-up time( NITBUTav) and the lower tears height( LTHM) were detected by the oculus annalyzer,and the red-eye analysis was performe. According to the dry eye typing and oculus dry eye classification,the correlation with NITBUTav,NITBUTf and LTHM was analyzed. Results In the 130 patients with dry eye,74 cases were dry eyes with excessive evaporation,25 cases of dry eyes with water dificiency and 31 cases of mixed dry eyes. The time of NITBUTav and NITBUTf of water dificiency type were longer than those of mixed type and the evaporatedtype,and the differences were signivicant( P〈0. 05). The LTMH of evaporative type was higher than that of water difficiency type and the mixed type,the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). With B numerical analysis,there were no significant difference in the three groups( P〈0. 05); L analysis showed that evaporative type was higher than that of the water dificiency type( P〈0. 05). Oculus was negatively correlated with NITBUTf,NITBUTav,automatic classification of LTMH( r =-0. 283,P = 0. 02),with L analysis value and the value was positively correlated with B analysis( r = 0. 354,P = 0. 01).Conclusions Oculus ocular surface analyzer can not only diagnose dry eye,but also assist dry eye classification and provide basis for clinical treatment.
