Chronic graft versus host disease(cGVHD)is a common complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It is presented as immune balance disorders and immunological tolerance abnormalities.Regulatory B cells(Bregs)are a newly discovered immunoregulatory cell which can maintain the immune balance, induce transplant tolerance and possess anti-cGVHD effect. In this review,we will outline the evidence, phenotype, activation, immunomodulatory mechanisms of Bregs. Moreover, the regulation effect of Bregs in transplantation tolerance and cGVHD will be discussed.
