EB病毒（Epstein-Barr virus,EBV）是已知的肿瘤相关病毒,其感染与NK/T细胞淋巴瘤、Burkitt淋巴瘤、弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤及霍奇金淋巴瘤等发生、发展密切相关。而随着检测技术的进步,对EBV致瘤机制的研究也愈加深入。本文就近年来该病毒与相关淋巴瘤的研究进展做如下综述。1 EBV EBV又称人类疱疹病毒4型,属γ-DNA疱疹病毒科。它由Epstein-Barr在1964年发现并命名,

Epstein-Barr virus（EBV）is a human gamma herpes virus and generally only causes a mild viral illness.It is also associated with several malignancies including extranodal natural/killer T-cell lymphoma,Burkitt lymphoma,diffuse large B cell lymphoma,Hodgkin lymphoma,and others.Though the precise mechanisms by which EBV infects cells and results in malignancies have not been fully elucidated,the progress of technique has provided a higher platform for our understanding of pathogenesis and immune regulation of EBV-associated diseases.This review mainly focuses on the experimental and clinical characteristics of EBV-associated lymphoma.
