摘要
高等教育中的师范教育是培养师资的专业教育。当前市场化取向的就业模式,使得教师就业市场的供需矛盾——中小学需要的既有学科专业知识又具备一定教学技能、能很快承担教学任务的师范生的人才期待,与师范院校脱离中小学教学实际、缺乏教师职业技能训练的师范生培养现实的矛盾——表现的日益突出。市场竞争是对师范生培养质量的检验,也反映社会需求。历史学科师范生要改变尴尬、被动的就业现状,必须积极主动的加大教育技能的实训操练,提高从教能力,凸显历史师范生与其他同等学力非师范生相比具有的,经过系统、正规训练的教育技能优势和中小学实习经历优势,这是提高历史学科师范生教师就业市场竞争力的唯一出路。
There is a huge difference between the traditional mode of unrturing normal university students and the expectation of primary and middle schools towards talents of normal university students who has professional subjict knowledge and the skill of teaching,adapting themselves to the teaching as quickly as possible.Owing to the subject features,the history major in normal university faces much more problems.In the difficulty of employment,starting with the enforcement of skill training,with the idea of triple nurturing"professional deepening+learning broadening +skill mastering",this is the only way of the reform of history teaching.
