研磨参数对α-Al_2O_3粉体粒度与分布的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为降低企业生产成本,提高产品质量,得到分散性好、粒度均匀的高纯氧化铝粉体,对研磨时间、转速和浆料配比三因素进行研究,获得优化的研磨参数,以期为高纯铝直接水解法制备高纯超细氧化铝提供参数指导。结果表明:在研磨时间3 h、转速1 300 r/min和浆料配比25%时,高纯氧化铝的分散性良好,粒度及分布均匀集中,是高纯氧化铝制备过程最佳的研磨优化参数。 To reduce cost, improve the quality of the production, and obtain high purity alumina powders with good dispersion and uniform granularity, milling parameters are optimized based on the research of the three factors of sand milling time, rotational speed and slurry ratio and provide guidance for the preparation of high purity ultrafine alumina by direct hydrolysis of high purity aluminum. The results show that high purity alumina powders with good dispersion and uniform granularity can be obtained at the grinding time of 3 h, 1 300 r / min and 25% of the slurry ratio, which are the best grinding optimization parameters.
