摘要
针对传统目标威胁评估方法主观性强、赋权方法单一的问题,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)与熵权法的空中目标威胁评估方法。建立了目标威胁评估指标体系,分别基于层次分析法与熵权法求解了各项指标的权重系数。在此基础上,结合目标属性矩阵构建了总偏差最小原则下的组合赋权模型,并将其应用于多属性决策方法中,获得了对各目标威胁程度的综合评判。通过算例表明,该方法兼顾了专家经验与战场数据的客观特征,赋权更为合理,评估结果更加真实可信。
As the traditional target threat assessment is always subjective and the weighting method is single,an aerial targets threat assessment method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method is proposed. The index system is established first as the basis of threat assessment. Then the weight of each index is calculated separately by using AHP and entropy weight method. Based on the weight and the attribute matrix,the combination weighting model under the principle of minimum total deviation is constructed. The model is applied to multiple attribute decision making method and the comprehensive threat assessment of each aerial target is obtained. The example shows that the method gives attention to both the expert experience and the objective characteristic of battlefield data,the weight is more reasonable and the threat assessment is more conform to reality.
