摘要
目的:建立用微型质谱仪快速检测部分食品药品的方法。方法:样品用乙醇提取,采用热解析进样、电喷雾正离子化电离(ESI+),全扫描一级质谱(MS)进行检测。结果:微型质谱仪具有较强的专属性、耐用性与较好的灵敏度,能准确地对样品进行定性分析。结论:微型质谱仪携带方便、操作简单,可用于食品药品的现场快速筛查。
Objective: To develop a rapid detection method for food and drug by a micro mass spectrometer. Methods: The ther- mal desorption sample, ESI ~ and mass scan were used to detect the samples after extracted by ethanol. Results: The method was spe- cific, durable and sensitive. It could be used for the qualitative analysis of the samples. Conclusion: A micro mass spectrometer is portable and simple, and applicable in the rapid detection of food and drug.
