摘要
对基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的建筑运维管理系统的构建过程进行了详细研究,重点介绍了BIM运维模型构建、信息分类编码和模型信息交换的过程,设计了系统的框架结构和功能模块,在Navisworks软件平台基础上借助编程软件对系统的部分功能进行开发,同时结合实例对开发功能的运行效果进行展示,为将来智慧运维管理提供一定的参考依据。
The construction process of building operation maintenance management system based on BIM was researched in detail. The process of BIM operation model construction,information classification coding and information exchange were mainly introduced. The framework and function modules of system were designed. By using programming software,some system functions were developed based on Navisworks software platform. At the same time,the operation effect of development function was presented by example. It can provide references for building intelligent operation maintenance management in the future.
