级配对沥青混合料压实特性影响的细观分析 被引量:6

摘要 使用Matlab进行旋转压实成型试件的CT图像处理以及接触点计算,对不同最大公称粒径、不同混合料类型的沥青混合料的压实特性进行研究。结果表明:同一类型混合料中,最大公称粒径较大的混合料压实后接触点数量较多,其密实能力指数较大,可压实速率小,开放交通后具有较好的抗车辙变形能力;最大公称粒径相同时,OGFC-13混合料的密实能力指数较大,可压实速率小,开放交通后具有较强的抗车辙变形能力,SMA-13的抗车辙变形能力与OGFC-13相差不大。 The Matlab software was used to process the CT images of the asphalt mixture specimen shaped by gyratory compaction and calculate the number of contact points, and the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture with different nominal maximum aggregate size (NMAS) and different types were studied. The results show that for asphalt mixtures that belong to the same type, that with bigger NMAS has more contact points and better compactibility; it shall he compacted at low speed, and shows good rut resistance in practice. For asphalt mixtures with the same NMAS, OGFC-13 has better compactibility and good rut resistance while it needs to be compacted at low speed; the rut resistance of SMA-13 is similar to that of OGFC-13.
