An Application Study of Open Government Data Guarantee Mechanism in Data Quality Control

[目的/意义]为推进我国政府数据开放进程,基于对国内政府数据开放保障机制的研究,文章将讨论保障机制在政府数据质量控制中的应用研究。[方法/过程]文章首先对政府数据开放保障机制的研究进行简单回顾,其次根据政府数据数据质量控制的应用场景和具体要求进行分析讨论,最后从质量控制的数据权限、数据安全和用户需求3个方面进行具体分析。[结果/结论]基于控制论的政府数据开放保障机制在政府数据质量控制方面能够发挥应有作用。

[ Purpose/significance ] In order to promote the opening process of China＇ s government data, this paper discusses the application of guarantee mechanism in government data quality control based on the study of guarantee mechanism of the domes- tic open government data. [ Method/process ] First of all, the paper briefly reviews the research on open government data guarantee mechanism. Secondly, according to the application scenarios and specific requirements of government data quality control, the pa- per conducts analysis and discuss. Finally, the paper analyzes specifically from the data access, data security and user needs of quality control. [ Result/conclusion] The guarantee mechanism of open government data based on cybernetics can play its role in the quality control of government data.
