Factor Analysis of UGC User Behavior: from the Dual Perspectives of User Data Literacy and User Behavior Context

[目的/意义]进一步了解UGC用户行为成因,通过管理用户行为来提高UGC网站质量。[方法/过程]在总结国内外UGC用户行为成因研究成果的基础上,重新界定UGC用户行为类型,并从用户数据素养与用户行为情景的双重视角入手,分析用户数据素养与UGC用户行为的关联,以及用户行为情景与UGC用户行为的关联。[结果/结论]用户数据素养与用户行为情景共同影响着用户所关注的UGC领域、用户行为发生的可能性、行为发生的类型、行为发生的频率及持续时长,以及行为发生的质量。

[ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims to learn further about the causes of UGC user behavior and to improve UGC website quality by managing user behavior. [ Method/process ] On the basis of summarizing the research results of UGC user behavior causes at home and abroad, the paper redefines the type of UGC use behavior, and analyzes the relationship between user data literacy and UGC user behavior as well as the relationship between user behavior context and UGC user behavior from the dual perspectives of user data literacy and user behavior context. [ Result/conclusion] Both user data quality and user behavior context have an impact on the following ： the UGC domain users focus on, the possibility of user behavior occurrence, the types of behav- ior, the frequency and duration of behavior, and the quality of behavior.
