摘要 [目的/意义]服务方式是影响管理咨询业发展的重要因素之一。把握管理咨询服务方式的发展现状及未来趋势,探究其关键影响因素,对于丰富管理咨询研究,指导管理咨询公司选择有效的服务方式,促进我国管理咨询业可持续发展具有重要作用。[方法/过程]运用文献调研、网站调查、专家调查、内容分析和统计分析等方法,通过提出假设、构建模型及验证修正等过程,分析管理咨询服务方式的类型、发展趋势及关键影响因素。[结果/结论]服务方式的两极化是管理咨询服务发展的必然趋势,但目前国内外的两极化倾向有所不同;服务方式的选择与管理咨询公司的主营业务和公司规模有关;服务对象和服务环境是影响我国管理咨询服务方式两极化倾向的关键因素;建议我国管理咨询的服务方式向两极化方向发展,管理咨询公司应该重点选择一种基于事实的或基于行动的服务方式,以形成特有的竞争优势和核心竞争力。 [ Purpose/significance ] Service style is one of the key factors which influence the development of management con- suiting industry. It is of great importance to explore the deveXopment status, trends and influencing factors of management consulting service styles, which can enrich management consulting study, direct management consulting firms to choose efficient service styles, and stimulate the sustainable development of management consulting industry in China. [ Method/process ] Using the meth- ods of literature investigation, website surveys, expert surveys, content analysis and statistical analysis, through the process of hy- pothesizing, model building, model verification and modification, this paper analyzes the main types, development tendency and key influencing factors of service styles in management consulting. [ Result/conclusion] The polarization of service styles is an in- exorable trend of management consulting service, but the tendencies of polarization in domestic and overseas are different. The se- lecting of service styles is associated with main business services and scales of management consulting firms. Service object and serv- ice environment are the key factors that influence the polarization development of service styles in China. The paper suggests that service styles in management consulting firms in China should develop in the direction of polarization, which means management consulting firms should choose one type of service styles based on fact or action, in order to establish unique competitive advantages and core competitiveness.
