摘要
绿色债券作为绿色金融领域的新生事物,对于推进绿色发展、加强国际合作具有重要意义。本文从实践层面,分析中外绿色债券标准的差异,系统梳理中国近年来绿色债券的政策框架和发展脉络,探寻发展过程中存在的问题,并提出针对性的发展建议。
Green bonds, as new things in the field of green finance, are of great significance for promoting green development and strengthening international cooperation. From the practical level, this paper analyzes the differences between Chinese and foreign green bond standards, systematically sorts out the policy framework and development evolution of green bonds in the recent years in China, and explores the problems in the development process. It also puts forward specific development proposals.
