1470nm半导体激光治疗静脉曲张性疾病的初步观察

Initial Evaluation on Efficacy of Endovenous Laser Treatment on Varicose Patients with 1 470 nm Diode Laser

目的探讨1 470 nm激光治疗大隐静脉曲张性疾病的的近期疗效。方法静脉曲张患者34例,采用波长1 470 nm激光行静脉腔内激光治疗,治疗功率6 W,曝光时间1 s,间隔时间1 s,工作时光纤行走速度0.5 cm/s。术中进行肉眼和组织病理学观察,术后6和12个月进行随访,记录临床疗效、瘀斑发生情况和患者疼痛分级。结果术后6和12个月随访,34例患者均未见复发和再通病例,均获得临床治愈。34例中4例发生瘀斑。根据视觉模拟评分法评价,患者术后5 d后均无明显疼痛感觉。结论 1 470 nm半导体激光在输出功率6 W时安全有效地治疗静脉曲张性疾病,术后皮下瘀斑发生率、疼痛感觉小,是一种安全、有效、节能的微创治疗手段。

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of endovenous laser treatment（ EVLT） with 1470nm diode laser（ Output power 6 W）on varicose patients.Methods Thirty-four patients with varicosity were treated with intravenous laser at 1470nm wavelength. The treatment power was 6 W,the exposure time was 1s,the interval time was 1s,and the fiber walking speed was 0. 5 cm/s at work. During the operation,we observed the lesion site macroscopically and histopathologically,followed up 6 and 12 months after operation,and recorded the clinical curative effect,ecchymosis incidence and patients＇ pain grade.Results After 6 and 12 months of follow-up,none of cases had recurrency or recanalization,and all cases were cured clinically. However,ecchymosis occurred in 4 of 34 cases. According to visual analogue scale evaluation,all patients had no obvious pain in 5 days after surgery.Conclusions The endovenous 1 470 nm laser treatment（ EVLT） is a safe,effective and energy-saving minimal invasion treatment for varicose patients.
