Advance in Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery

摘要 激光在角膜上进行屈光不正的矫正是目前主流的屈光矫正手术,其手术方式主要分为三大类:半激光、全准分子激光和全飞秒激光。其中半激光与全准分子激光手术可以进行波前像差、Q值、角膜地形图等引导的个体化切削,对提高患者的视觉质量更为有利。全飞秒激光手术的临床应用使得角膜屈光手术实现了微创。它们都具有良好的预测性和安全性,同时也有各自不同的特点。 Laser corneal refractive operation represents the mainstream of refractive correction surgeries,which is divided into three major categories: the semi-laser,full excimer laser and full femtosecond laser surgeries. Semi-laser and excimer may be used to perform individualized surgeries guided by wave-front aberration,Q value and corneal topography etc.,which is more effective in improving the visual quality of the patients. The clinical application of full femtosecond laser surgery makes corneal refractive surgery minimally invasive. Despite of being characterized differently,they are all safe and of good predictability.
