摘要
目的探讨门诊护士工作压力源和心理资本对职业生涯状况的影响,为门诊护士的选拔、管理及培养提供依据。方法采用Luthans工作压力源量表、Page心理资本评价量表及Osipow、Caney Barak职业生涯规划量表对该市4所医院237名门诊护士进行问卷调查。结果门诊护士工作压力源与职业生涯状况呈负相关,心理资本与职业生涯状况呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。对于职业生涯状况而言,工作压力源预测作用为负,路径指数为-0.14,心理资本预测作用为正,路径指数为0.52。结论门诊护理管理可降低门诊护士工作压力,提高心理资本,改善护士自我认同感,树立稳定的职业生涯规划。
Objective To explore the influence of the pressure source and psychological capital on the career status of outpatient nurses, and provide basis for the selection, management and training of outpatient nurses. Methods Luthans working pressure source scale, Page psychological capital evaluation scale, Osipow, Caney Barak career planning scale were used to have questionnaire for 237 clinic nurses of 4 hospitals in this city. Results There was a negative correlation between the stress source and career status of outpatient nurses, and psychological capital was positively correlated with career status (P〈0. 05 ). The job stressors played negative roles on career condition, the path coefficient was -0. 14, the psychological capital played positive roles on career condition, and the path coefficient was 0. 52. Conclusion Administrators should reduce work pressure, increase psychological capital, improve their senses of self-identity, and set up stable career planing.
