品管圈活动对经口气管插管患者口唇压疮发生率的影响

The influence of quality control circle activity on reducing the incidence of oral lip pressure ulcers in patients with oral intubation

目的探讨运用品管圈活动降低经15气管插管患者口唇压疮发生率的效果。方法成立品管圈小组，选择品管圈活动前（2015年6～12月）经口气管插管患者50例为对照组；品管圈开展后（2016年3～8月）经口气管插管患者50例为观察组。查找分析两组经口气管插管患者口唇压疮发生的原因，制定相应对策并组织实施。结果实行品管圈活动后，经口气管插管患者口唇压疮发生率由24．20％下降至6．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；护士对口唇压疮评估准确率由10．00％上升至93．20％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），小组成员在能力、责任心、沟通协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度等方面均有所提高。结论品管圈活动能降低了经口气管插管患者口唇压疮发生率、减轻了患者痛苦、提高了团队的合作能力和解决问题的能力。

Objective To explore the effect of using the quality control circle activity to reduce the incidence of oral pressure ulcers in patients with oral intubation. Methods Quality control circle was established. In addition, 50 oral trachea cannula patients were used as control group before choosing quality control circle activity （from June to December 2015 ）. After quality control circle was carried out （from March to August 2016） , 50 oral trachea cannula pa- tients were used as observation group. The reasons resulting in lip pressure sores to oral trachea cannula patients of both groups were checked and analyzed to make the corresponding countermeasure, organize and implement. Results After the implementation of QCC, the incidence of oral pressure ulcers in patients with oral intubation was decreased from 24.20% to 6.00%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. The rate of evaluation of oral pressure sore was increased from 10. 00% to 93.20% , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The team members improved their ability, responsibility, communication and coordination, self-confidence, team cohesion, enthusiasm, quality management and harmony. Conclusions The quality control circle activity can reduce the incidence of oral pressure ulcers, relieve the pain of patients, improve the team＇s cooperation ability and solve the problem.
