综述了集束化护理概念及起源、集束化护理的内涵、集束化护理方案的制定以及临床运用的模式，并进一步分析了我国集束化护理相关研究报道中存在的普遍问题，旨在为护理工作者研究实施集束化护理提供参考，促进我国集束化护理相关研究的进一步规范化。

The intensive care concept and origin, significance of intensive care, formulation of intensive care solution and clinical application mode were elaborated in this paper. Moreover, the common issues in the intensive care related study reports of China were further analyzed to provide reference for nursing personnel to study and implement intensive care, and improve the related studies of intensive care in China to have further standardization.
