多次与外军联演对医院船接收大规模批量伤员救治任务的启示

Gain Enlightenment to the Task of receiving casualties of mass casualty incident in Hospital Ships from Several joint military exercises with Foreign troops

目的借鉴参加与外军联合军演的经验体会探讨优化医院船接收大规模伤员救治任务的组织和实施。方法通过“环太平洋”军演等几次任务中的观摩和交流，分层次归纳总结外军在大规模批量伤员救治演练中的成熟做法，提出对我医院船相关工作的建议意见。结果外军在灾害救援等大规模批量伤员救治演练中表现出来的军地协调机制、培训与演习相结合、侧重技术的考核要求、分级救治和救治链的完善延伸等好的做法具有推广借鉴价值。结论通过借鉴外军的成熟做法可以优化我医院船执行类似任务的准备、实施等工作。

Objective Learn from experience in participating in joint military exercises with foreign troops and discuss how to optimize the organization and implementation of hospital ship receiving casualties of mass casualty incident. Methods Through observation and exchange during several missions such as the ＂ Rim of the Pacific ＂ military exercise, the foreign military＇s summing-up of mature practices in large-scale mass casualty rescue drills was summarized at different levels, and suggestions for ship-related work in our hospital were put forward. Results Good practices demonstrated by the foreign forces in large-scale mass casualty rescue drills such as military coordination mechanisms, combination of training and exercises, focus on technical assessment requirements and the extension of the rescue chain and grading treatment have the potential to promote reference. Conclusion By learning the mature practices of foreign troops, we can optimize the preparation and implementation of similar tasks for our hospital ships.
