北京市120突发事件紧急医疗救援任务特点分析与研究

Analysis and thinking on the characteristics of emergency medical rescue mission in Beijing 120

目的对北京市120执行的突发事件紧急医疗救援任务特点进行分析，为加强紧急医疗救援能力建设提供支持。方法对2010—2015年间北京市120执行的突发事件紧急医疗救援任务数量、区域和时间分布等进行回顾性统计分析。结果6年间北京市120执行的突发事件紧急医疗救援任务数量年均增长42．26％，其中交通事故占36．66％。朝阳区、海淀区、丰台区的突发事件紧急医疗救援任务数量位列16个区的前三位，分别占全市120总数的24．06％、11．23％、11．22％。在12个月中，突发事件数量2月最少，8月最多。在24h内，突发事件数量白天总体高于夜间，4：00～6：00最少，8：00～10：00最多。结论北京市120执行的突发事件紧急医疗救援任务数量及救治的伤亡人员数量呈明显增长趋势，且具有区域、时间分布特点，交通事故为主要类型。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of emergency medical rescue mission in Beijing 120, and provide support to strengthen the capacity building of emergency medical rescue. Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was made on the number, regions and time distribution of emergency medical rescue missions in Beijing 120 during the period from 2010 to 2015. Results In the past six years, the number of emergency medical rescue missions in Beijing has increased by an average of 42.26%, with traffic accidents accounting for 36.66%. The number of emergency medical rescue mission in Chaoyang, Haidian and Fengtai district was the top three in the 16 districts, accounting for 24.06%, 11.23% and 11.22% of the cityls total. In the 12 months, the number of emergencies was the fewest in February and the most in August. In 24 hours, the total number of emergencies is higher than that in the night, at least from 4：00~6： 00, and most at 8： 00-10： 00. Conclusion The number of emergency medical rescue missions and the number of casualties in the emergency medical rescue in Beijing 120 are obviously increasing, with regional and temporal distribution characteristics, and traffic accidents are the main types.
