MRI磁敏感加权成像在脑出血中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过磁共振成像(MRI)磁敏感加权成像与MRI常规图像的对比,研究其在脑出血诊治中的应用价值。方法 100例脑出血患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组采用MRI常规序列扫描,实验组采用MRI磁敏感加权成像扫描,比较两组的病灶检出率、患者阳性检出率和图像清晰度。结果对照组病灶检出率为87.1%、患者阳性检出率为78.0%;实验组病灶检出率为100.0%、患者阳性检出率为100.0%,实验组病灶检出率、患者阳性检出率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI磁敏感加权成像的图像清晰度优于常规序列扫描。结论 MRI磁敏感加权成像在脑出血的诊断中显著优于常规MRI成像。
