地塞米松在浆细胞性乳腺炎治疗中的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of dexamethasone in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis

目的探讨地塞米松在浆细胞性乳腺炎治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 80例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用手术治疗,观察组在此基础上使用地塞米松治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗时间、症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红肿、疼痛、肿块、乳头溢液消失时间及治疗时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无恶心、呕吐、皮疹、腹泻等不良反应发生,复查血尿常规及肝肾功能均无异常。结论地塞米松在浆细胞性乳腺炎治疗中的应用效果显著,利于症状的早期缓解,提高治愈率,缩短疗程,且无明显不良反应,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of dexamethasone in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis. Methods A total of 80 plasma cell mastitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received surgical therapy, and the observation group also received dexamethasone for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy, treatment time, symptom improvement time and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 92.5% than 75.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously shorter swelling, pain, mass, time of disappearance of nipple discharge disappearance time and treatment time than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions of nausea, vomiting, rash and diarrhea occurred in both groups during treatment, and no abnormalities were found in the routine examination of hematuria and liver and kidney function. Conclusion Application of dexamethasone shows remarkable effect in treating plasma cell mastitis, and it can help early remission of symptoms, improve cure rate and shorten treatment course without obvious adverse reactions. It is of active clinical significance.
