创新创业高等人才培养的国内外比较分析研究

A Comparative Analysis of the Cultivation of Innovative Entrepreneurship Talents at Home and Abroad

目的:结合国外经验,提出更好提升我国高等人才创新创业培养的意见,增强其时效性。方法:查阅国内外相关文献资料调查了解情况,比较分析中外高校大学生创新创业教育现状、特征、经验。结果:结合我国高等人才培养现状,借鉴国外经验,提出进一步加强我国高等人才创新创业培养的建议。结论:实践表明,提出更好提升我国高等人才创新创业培养的意见是可行的,取得了良好效果。

Objective： To combine the experience of foreign countries, give better suggestions to enhance the cultivation of higher talents and entrepreneurship, and enhance its timeliness. Methods： The status quo, characteristics and experience of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Chinese and foreign university students were compared with the relevant literatures at home and abroad. Results： Combining with the current situation of cultivating higher talents and drawing lessons from foreign experience, this paper explores the suggestions to further strengthen the training of higher talents in China. Conclusion： According to the practice, it is feasible to give a better idea to enhance the cultivation of higher talents and entrepreneurship in our country, and has achieved good results.
