为了贯彻落实“通过百佳、千佳的示范引领作用,提升全行业文明规范服务能力与内涵”等相关精神要求,持续提升全行业文明规范服务工作质效和水平,2017年中国银行业协会升级推广了“中国银行业营业网点文明规范服务标准评价体系(CBSSl0003.0)》(银协发[2017]78号),并以此为契机有序开展了中国银行业文明规范服务百佳示范单位达标评估工作。
