摘要
耐磨板是是一类具有较强抗磨损能力的板材,其生产工艺是,应用堆焊法,在兼具塑性、韧性的低合金钢表面或者是普通低碳钢表面复合一定厚度的耐磨层。近年来,耐磨板的应用范围越来越广,耐磨板订单数量逐年增多。但是,自耐磨板开发来,合格率一直不高,导致耐磨板生产面临困局,尤其是NM500这个品种合格率一直偏低,找出NM500板生产过程中存在的问题,并采取更优化的工艺予以改进,是进一步提高NM500板合格率的必由之路。
the wear-resisting plate belongs to a kind of plate with relatively strong anti-wear ability, and its manufacturing technology is covering the wear-resisting layer with certain thickness on the surface of low alloy steel with both plasticity and toughness,or on the surface of common steel with low carbon by adopting overlaying method. In recent years, along with its applicable scope becomes more and more extensive, its order quantity has been increased gradually. However, since the development of wear-resisting plate, its percent of pass stays at low level all the time, resulting in the dilemma faced by production, particularly for the type of NM500, its percent of pass is on the low level all the time. Therefore, in order to further promote the percent of pass for NM500 plate, the only way which must be passed is to seek the problems existed during producing NM500 plate, adopt more optimized technology and then improve.
