我国收养专业心理评估机制的现状和对策建议

当今"儿童利益最大化"的呼声越来越高,但由于现代文明与传统风俗观念在一些方面的相互冲突,人们对于"儿童利益最大化"的概念认知时常模糊不清。尤其对比国外,我国儿童收养法律制度一直处于较为落后的阶段,且"人情社会"使得收养行为更加难以规范。南京施小宝案引发的舆论狂潮,让人们再次认识到建立收养专业心理评估机制,对规范儿童收养和保护儿童利益最大化的重要性。在此背景下,通过文献阅读法、半结构式访谈法、案例分析法等研究方法,研究呈现了当下我国儿童收养缺乏制度规范的现状,并针对问题提出建立收养专业心理评估机制的具体措施,力求实现保护儿童利益最大化。

In contrast, foreign children＇s adoption system has been in a relatively backward stage, and ＂human society＂ makes adoption more difficult to regulate. Nanjing Shi Xiaobao case caused by the public opinion frenzy, so that people once again recognized the establishment of adoption of professional psychological assessment mechanism to regulate the adoption of children and the protection of the interests of children to maximize the importance of. In this context, through the literature reading, semi-structured interview, case analysis and other research methods, present the status quo of our country＇s lack of institutionalization of adoption of children, and put forward specific measures to establish the psychological evaluation mechanism of adoption specialty, and strive to maximize the protection of the interests of children.
