孤儿大学生志愿服务的重要性及长效机制研究——基于北京社会管理职业学院的调查研究

Study on the Significance and Long-term Mechanism of Voluntary Service for Orphans in College——A Case Study of Beijing College of Social Administration

有关大学生志愿服务的研究并不乏其数,但针对孤儿大学生志愿服务的研究并未有先例。结合北京社会管理职业学院大龄孤儿项目的特质,文章将研究对象锁定为在校的孤儿大学生群体,围绕孤儿大学生志愿服务的重要性进行研究。文章分为三个部分,第一部分主要为动机研究;第二部分为重要性研究,论证志愿服务为孤儿大学生学习、心理、社交、就业等各方面带来的积极影响;第三部分尝试为孤儿大学生志愿服务的长效机制提出发展建议。

There are lots of studies on the voluntary service of university students,but none of the studies have ever focused on the voluntary service of adults orphans on campus.Based on the characteristic project of adults orphans in Beijing College of Social Administration,this thesis aims to study on the significance of voluntary service to the adults orphans.It is composed of three parts,the first part mainly studies on the driven forces of the voluntary services of adults orphans on campus;The second part mainly focuses on the positive impact on adults orphans from the aspects of studying,psychology,social communication and employment;The author tries to give her suggestions on longterm mechanism of voluntary services in the third part.
