移动医疗APP在脑瘫患儿延续护理中的应用

Application of mobile medical APP in children with cerebral palsy continue nursing

目的探讨移动医疗APP在脑瘫患儿延续护理中的应用效果。方法成立脑瘫移动护理App(applications,APP)项目小组,构建App功能模块,于2016年7月-2017年1月在新疆医科大学二附院脑瘫手术治疗康复中心住院的3~12岁脑瘫患儿及家长100例进行干预,并进行APP应用管理,评价患者使用后的效果。结果 75%患儿及家属赞成脑瘫移动护理App的使用;提高了脑瘫患儿家庭康复依从性(P<0.001);改善了患者生活自理能力,医护均对脑瘫移动护理APP在提高工作效率方面给予肯定。结论脑瘫移动护理APP在脑瘫患儿延续康复护理中效果明显,值得进一步研究完善并推广。

Objective To construct the extended care APP service system for cerebral palsy patients in Xinjiang and to promote its application. Methods Cerebral palsy（applications APP, App Mobile Nursing） project team was established, App function module was constructed. 100 cases of children with cerebral palsy within 3-12 years old who were done surgery from July 2016 to January 2017 in the rehabilitation center of the second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were chosen and their parents had also been intervened, and Mobile Nursing APP management was used. Effects of patients were evaluated. Results 75% children and their families were in favor of using mobile nursing App for taking care of children with cerebral palsy. The compliance of rehabilitation of family were improved（P0.001）. Self-care ability and quality of life of patients were improved（P 0.001）. Doctors and nurses were all approved that mobile nursing APP could improve their working efficiency. Conclusion The effect of cerebral palsy mobile nursing APP for cerebral palsy children is obvious, it is worthy of being studied further and being promoted.
