农业现代化进程中农业要素使用强度变化规律研究——基于全球29个主要农业国家的国际经验

Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Study on International Experience of Agricultural Modernization:Based on the Panel Data of 29 Major Agricultural Countries

本文将二元经济理论和诱致性技术变迁理论结合起来,分析了农业现代化进程中国家经济发展的不同阶段农业生产要素使用强度的变化规律,并通过全球29个主要农业国家1969—2005年的化肥和农机使用情况检验了人均GDP与单位面积化肥和农机使用量之间的关系,揭示了国家工业化进程中农业现代化的一般规律。研究发现,随着工业化的发展带来人均GDP提高,农业要素投入中农机和化肥的使用强度先提高后下降,其中原住民国家化肥使用强度开始下降的时间早于农机;移民国家农机使用强度开始下降时间早于化肥。随着中国经济进入新常态,预计中国未来一段时间化肥使用强度将趋于下降,农机使用强度将继续提高。

To reveal the general law of agricultural modernization in the process of national industrialization,this paper first theoretically analyzes impact of national economic development had left on agricultural modernization,and then empirically tests the relationship between per capita GDP and fertilizer and agricultural machinery used per unit area. Result shows that use intensity of agricultural machinery and fertilizers will firstly increase and then decline while industrialization continues. However,the change trends of use intensity of agricultural machinery and fertilizers distinct a lot between aboriginal countries and immigrations countries.
