农民专业合作社“双网络”治理研究——基于案例的比较分析

Research on the Governance of “Double Network”in Farmer Professional Cooperative:Comparative Analysis Based on Case

农民专业合作社的治理是对不同主体所形成的控制与激励,直接影响组织绩效。本文通过分析农民专业合作社、农户以及外部市场三者之间关系,构建出以经济关系与社会关系为纽带、以提升组织绩效为目标、经济网络与社会网络互嵌的＂双网络＂治理结构,并探讨了其运行机制,同时借助案例比较分析,检验了合作社＂双网络＂治理对组织绩效的影响,为农民专业合作社持续健康稳定发展提供借鉴。

The governance of farmer professional cooperative is the control and incentive for different subjects,which affects the organizational performance. This paper analyzes the relationship among farmer professional cooperative,farmers and the external market. On this basis,it constructs the governance structure of ＂double network ＂,which is made up of economic network and social network. And then explores the mechanism of the governance structure. Meanwhile,it tests the impact of＂double network＂governance on organizational performance with three cases. The conclusions can provide reference for the development of farmer professional cooperative.
