摘要
目的总结深圳市公共卫生产品常态化应用经验和实施步骤。方法采用综合评分法构建公共卫生监测评价模型,通过现场调查进行效果评估。结果自2015年以来,深圳市疾病预防控制中心先后设计了流感指数、登革热指数和感染性腹泻易感指数等三款公共卫生产品,把复杂的监测数据转换为浅显易懂的风险等级模式和合理化建议,定期向公众发布,起到了良好的健康教育作用。目前已累计发布116期流感指数、22期登革热指数和12期感染性腹泻易感指数,传染病指数的预报一致率约70%。2017年通过对817名社区居民的三类传染病指数认知情况的调查结果显示,流感指数、登革热指数、感染性腹泻易感指数的知晓率分别为19.6%、20.3%、15.2%,知晓率仍不高。目前社区居民获取三类传染病指数的途径主要为电视、网站及微信,95%以上的受访者表示基本相信指数提供的风险等级及执行指数提供的预防建议。结论深圳市发布的三类传染病指数具有良好的疾病预警作用,能有效地提升公众的疾病预防知识水平,适合在基层单位推广应用。
Objective To sum up the application experience and implementation steps of public health products in recent years in Shenzhen. Methods The public health monitoring evaluation model was founded by Comprehensive Grading Method. Field survey were used to effect evaluation. Results Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention had designed three kinds of public health products,which were the indexes of the flu,dengue fever and infectious diarrhea,which made the complex monitoring data into the plain and easily understandable model of the risk level. And the model regularly released to the public,it had played a good role in health education. At present,a total of 116 flu index,22 dengue index and 12 infectious diarrhea index had been released and the rate of forecast of infectious disease index was 70%. A total of 817 people were surveyed in 2017. The awareness rates of Influenza index,Dengue index and infectious diarrhea index were 19. 6%,20.3% and 15. 2%. The TV,website and We Chat were the main way to access the three kinds of infectious disease index. Ninety-five percent of respondents believed the risk level and executed the relevant prevention recommendations of the index.Conclusion Three kinds of infectious disease index have a good early warning effect. It can be improved the public knowledge of disease prevention effectively. It is suitable for basic unit.
