摘要
目的了解儋州市孕产妇人群对孕产妇健康管理服务的知晓和利用现状。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,在儋州市不同方位的5个乡镇中各随机抽取2~3个自然村,将抽到的自然村中所有2015年6月份以来分娩过或目前怀孕的妇女作为调查对象,采用入户调查的方式开展问卷调查。结果共有242名孕产妇接受调查,孕产妇健康管理服务知晓率为78.9%,不同年龄、户籍和职业的孕产妇对孕产妇健康管理服务知晓率不同(χ2=19.059、4.653、31.075,P<0.05)。孕产妇知晓健康管理服务的途径单一,主要途径为医生告知。有接受过孕期健康管理服务的孕产妇早孕建册率为87.6%,产妇产后访视率为92.5%。结论儋州市孕产妇健康管理服务知晓和利用程度偏低,应重点加强对年龄较小、流动性大和从事商业服务等人群开展孕产妇健康管理服务宣传,保障人人享有卫生保健服务,促进基本公共卫生服务均等化健康发展。
Objective To analyze the awareness and utilization of maternal health care services in pregnant and lying women in Danzhou city. Methods A household survey was conducted on pregnant and lying women with allocation in multiple-stage cluster sampling method in five towns located different azimuth of Danzhou. Women from 2 or 3 villages who have been born or pregnant since June 2015 were chosen as object. And all questionnaires were finished and analyzed. Results A total of 242 pregnant and parturient women were investigated,the rate of awareness of maternal health management service was78. 9%. The awareness of pregnant and lying women from different age,marriage,household registration and professional were different( χ2= 19. 059、4. 653、31. 075,P 0. 05). The way of pregnant and lying women knew this program was single and the mainly way was doctor's information. The rate of women who received prenatal care services early book was 87. 6%,the percentage of the postpartum visiting by the health personnel was 92. 5%. Conclusion The rate of awareness and utilization of maternal health management service is low in Danzhou,and it should strengthen the propaganda for those pregnant and lying women who are younger,liquidity and business services,making it a fair quality of health care services,thus promoting the healthy development of equal basic public health services.
