摘要
目的调查当前大学生的焦虑、抑郁情绪,了解该群体心理健康状况。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS),对762名某市大学生进行评估。结果大学生的SAS和SDS标准分平均值分别为35.95±5.27和54.75±7.07。存在焦虑和抑郁情绪(量表指数≥0.5)的学生分别占22.57%和99.87%。不同性别和不同年级对抑郁都有影响(t值分别为2.797和5.854,P值均<0.01),专业的不同对抑郁也有影响(t=2.571,P<0.05);不同的年级对抑郁程度和焦虑均有影响(χ2值分别为15.641和6.029,P值分别为<0.01和<0.05);不同性别、专业对焦虑及焦虑程度均无影响。结论大学生心理状况不容乐观,存在严重的抑郁心理问题,有待于及早解决,应加强大学生心理健康教育,提高学生的心理承受能力。
Objective To investigate the current anxiety and depression among college students,and understand their mental health status. Methods A total of 762 college students were assessed using the Zung self-rating depression scale( SDS)and the Zung self-rating anxiety scale( SAS). Results The SAS standard scores of college students were 35. 95 ± 5. 27 and the SDS standard scores of college students were 54. 75 ± 7. 07. Among them,the proportion of students with anxiety and depression( scale index≥0. 5) accounted for 22. 57% and 99. 87% respectively. Different genders and different grades were influencing factors impacting the depression( t = 2. 797 and 5. 854,P 0. 01 for all),and different majors also were the factors impacting the depression( t = 2. 571,P 0. 05) among the students. The different grades influenced the degree of the depression( χ2= 15. 641,P 0. 01) and the degree of the anxiety( χ2= 6. 029,P 0. 05). There were no effects on anxiety and the degree of anxiety among different genders,grades and majors. Conclusions The psychology of college students is not optimistic and there are serious depression psychology problems,which needs to be solved early. Psychological health education should be strengthened and the psychological endurance among college students should be improved.
