中国和加拿大国土资源领域合作的评述与展望

Analysis and Suggestions on Sino-Canada Cooperation in the Field of Land and Resources

建部以来,国土资源系统相关单位与加拿大有关政府部门、科研机构及高校开展了长期友好合作,建立了良好的合作机制,并通过政策对话、项目合作、技术交流、培训、研讨等方式开展交流合作,取得了重要的成果。本文对中加两国国土资源领域的重点合作进行了研究,介绍了两国国土资源领域的合作现状,分析了两国国土资源领域的合作特点,总结了合作成果,并对进一步开展合作提出了展望。

Since the establishment of the Chinese Ministry of Land and Resources, the relevant organizations under MLR have been conducting long term friendly cooperation with the relevant government departments, research institutions and universities in Canada and established sound cooperative mechanism with their Canadian counterparts. The two parties have also achieved important results through policy dialogue, project cooperation, technical communication, training programs and workshops. This paper studies the key cooperation between the two countries in the field of land and mineral resources management, introduces the current situation of cooperation in the field of land and resources between the two countries, analyzes the features of the cooperation mechanism, summarizes the cooperation achievements and puts forward some suggestions for further cooperation.
