Corpora index lines are effective in assisting translation teaching. A feasible route of applying multiple corpora index lines in college English translation classes was explored. With a case analysis of a speech named ＂Never Give up the Pursuit of Learning＂,it attempted to demonstrate the auxiliary function of corpora index lines in tasks promotion, teacher-student interaction, and thinking development. The study proved that corpora index lines were useful tools in helping students to establish a correct translation concept as well as to strengthen their thinking exploration, and the awareness of using technology.
