摘要
文章通过对多水源联合配置与供水安全研究,提出了蚌埠市多水源、多用户、多控制要素动态条件下的蓄引技术和不同组合条件下的联合配置方案,为蚌埠市水资源合理开发利用、保障经济社会的可持续发展提供了科学依据。
Based on the study of multi-water source joint allocation and water supply security,this paper puts forward the cascade technology under the dynamic conditions of multi-water source,multiuser and multi-control elements and the joint allocation scheme under different combination conditions in Bengbu City.This study provides a scientific basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources and sustainable development of society and economy in Bengbu City.
