摘要
1例34岁育龄女性患者,因双下肢浮肿入院检查确诊为肾病综合征,长期服用甲泼尼龙,用药2月余出现停经。实验室检查:雌二醇降低、促卵泡生成激素升高、卵泡数量减少、血糖升高。考虑是甲泼尼龙所致卵巢功能减退及糖耐量异常,逐渐减量至停药,给予对症治疗后再次来月经,卵巢功能逐渐恢复正常。
A 34-year-old reproductive women was long-term use of methylprednisolone because of lower extremity edema were diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome.After two months,the women presented with menopause.Laboratory tests showed that estradiol decreased,FSH increased,follicular numbers decreased and blood sugar elevated.Thinking is a result of methylprednisolone caused ovarian hypofunction and impaired glucose tolerance.Methylprednisolone was gradually reduced to stop medication,after giving symptomatic treatment again menstruation,ovarian function gradually returned to normal.
