摘要
Pedagogue表达了作为一个教育引路人的原初的教师形象。这个形象包含丰富的意涵:教师作为一个合乎智慧的引导者,一个迷恋儿童成长的人,一个替代父母者,一个孩子忠实支持者,一个人文教化者等。这个教师以自身之品质——爱、理解、关心和德行与学生建立强烈的亲密关系,从人类对美好生活的追求审视自己的行为,支持、信任和帮助学生走向理性独立和德行完善。Pedagogue的失落揭示了教师存在状态的异化:行为方式的规则化、行为内容的惯例化、行为目标的任务化以及自我发展的数据化。复魅pedagogue,恢弘教师存在的"教师性",意味着关注教育内在性的因素和教师的品格与信念,以符合教育和教师之本性的方式去影响学生。
Pedagogue displays an initial teacher image as an educational guide. This image has various identities,such as a wise guide,an infatuate who shows great concern for children's growth,a role of parents,a devoted children's supporter,a humanistic educator. As a teacher,he/she must establish an intimate relationship with the students with love,understanding,care and virtues,examine his/her behavior from the angle of human pursuit of good life,support and help students to develop their independent personality and perfect virtues. The loss of pedagogue reveals the alienation in the state of teachers' being,the regularization in their behavior style,routinization in their behavior content,the task-basedness in their behavior objective and the datamation in their self-development. To re-enchant the image of pedagogue and to refine the nature of a teacher mean to focus on the intrinsic characters of education,the virtues and beliefs of teachers,and to educate students in the way that accords with the nature of education and teacher.
