摘要
后现代主义作为一种不同于现代社会思维方式的社会思潮,为研究教师角色提供了新的理路。在后现代主义看来,现代教育观指导下的教师角色存在诸多弊病,如教育目的过于宏大、强调知识的实证性、教学以教师为主、师生关系冷漠等。要改变这种状况,教师就要更新教育观念,树立以人为本的学生观;重塑自身权威,塑造学生认可的权威形象;转变教学观念,做教学过程的促进者。据此,在后现代主义理路下,教师角色的重构可通过更新教育理念、重塑教师权威、提升教师教学能力和改进师生关系几方面来实现。
As a social ideological trend which is different from the mode of thinking in modern society,postmodernism provides a new approach to the study of teachers' roles. In the view of postmodernism,there are many shortcomings in the role of teachers under the guidance of the concept of modern education,such as the unrealistic educational aim,emphasizing the empiricism of knowledge,teacher-centered teaching and the indifferent teacher-student relationship. Therefore,in order to change this situation,teachers should reshape the concept of education,establish a people-oriented view of students,remodel self-authority,mould authority images accepted by students,change the concept of traditional teaching,try to be the facilitator in the process of teaching. Hereby,in the perspective of postmodernism,the reconstruction of teachers 'roles can be achieved by remodeling educational concept and teacher's authority,improving teachers' teaching ability and teacher-student relationship.
