摘要
考察我国百年幼儿园教师文化的演变历史,根据政权背景、相关学制规范、儿童观的演变、幼儿园教师角色与职能的发展,以及幼儿园教师在现实实践中所持的教育信念与行为模式,可将幼儿园教师文化的历史发展分为清末民初、民国中后期、新中国成立后至改革开放前,以及改革开放至今四个时期。从其发展进程可以发现,我国幼儿园教师文化在不断的演进中形成自身专业文化,并从文化自在走向文化自觉。
Based on the background of political power,the related norms of school system,the development of view on children,kindergarten teachers' roles and functions,as well as kindergarten teachers' education belief and behavior pattern in the real practice,the historical development of kindergarten teacher culture can be divided into four phases: the period of the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,the period of the mid and late Republic of China,the period from the foundation of the PRC to the Reform and Opening-up and the period since the Reform and Opening-up. It can be found in the process of development that kindergarten teacher culture in our country has gradually developed into the professional culture from the culture-in-itself to cultural self-consciousness.
