摘要 面对日益严峻的电网频率稳定形势,需要应用更好的方式对种类不断丰富的频率响应手段进行协调。在原有安全稳定控制构架基础上,提出一种主动频率响应控制框架与相关策略。其内涵是:针对大电网频率较为显著的空间分布特征,利用已趋成熟的先进通信技术,将"源—网—荷—储"侧种类众多的频率响应控制手段由传统的依据本地参量的分散比例反馈控制,转变为依据故障处参量的集中事件(或参量)前馈主动控制,通过各类手段间的优化协调充分发挥已有设备的控制效能,提高系统频率稳定控制能力。仿真分析表明,所提出的想法和控制思路达到了预期效果,可为多类控制主体参与频率响应控制提供参考。 The increasingly serious situation of frequency stability of power grid needs to coordinate ever-richer frequency response with better methods.On the basis of original security and stability control framework,a control framework of active frequency response associated with related policies is proposed.Its connotation is that,based on more remarkable spatial distribution characteristics of grid frequency,with mature advanced communication technologies,the frequency response methods onsource-grid-load-storage"side are changed from decentralized proportional feedback control based on local parameters to centralized feedforward active control triggered by event or parameters based on parameters at fault point.The control performance of existing devices is given full play and the system overall control capability of frequency stability is improved by optimization and coordination among various frequency response methods.The simulation analysis shows that,the desired effects have been achieved in the proposed ideas and control thought,which provide references for many main bodies to participate in frequency response control.
