云制造模式下企业剩余资源分享决策研究 被引量:7

Research on Decision-Making of Firm′s Surplus Resources Sharing in Cloud Manufacturing

摘要 随着云服务的出现,企业之间的关系变得更加多样化。借助市场经济理论,研究了在云制造模式下企业剩余制造资源的分享对资源供应商利润的影响。建立企业间剩余资源分享数量与价格的博弈模型,与不进行分享情境下最优利润进行比较,并加入云平台规则设定机制。通过分析表明:当云平台进行交易规则设定时,两个供应商进行剩余资源分享能使双方最优利润较不分享以及自行决定分享数量时均有所提升,且利润随分享数量的增多而同时增多,并通过数值分析对上述结果进行了验证。研究结果可以为云制造模式下企业资源分享的新模式提供理论支撑。 With the emergence of cloud services, the relationship between firms has become more and more diversified. Based on the theory of market economy, the sharing strategies of surplus resources and the effects of different strategies on resource providers were studied. Then the game model was built up to figure out the optimal sharing amount and price of surplus resources among firms compared with the optimal profit without sharing. In addition, the cloud platform rules setting mechanism is added. Through the analysis, it shows that when the cloud platform formulates the transaction rules, the supplierst sharing of the surplus resources can improve the optimal profit of both sides. The more they share, the more profits they will get. The conclusions were validated through the numerical analysis. The research can provide theoretical support for the new mode of firm's resource sharing strategy in cloud manufacturing.
