摘要
在整合认知理论、社会交换理论和归属理论的基础上,通过对我国部分中小型企业258位员工进行问卷调查,研究了共享型领导对员工进谏行为的影响,并检验了员工心理安全的中介作用。研究结果表明,共享型领导与员工的心理安全和进谏行为成正向相关;员工的心理安全对共享型领导和进谏行为的正向关系起到完全中介作用。
Based on integrating cognitive theory, social exchange theory and attribution theory,the effect of shared leadership to the voice behavior of employees, and the mediation role of psychological security were analyzed and examined. The data came from a questionnaire survey of 258 employees in some small and medium enterprises in China. The results show that shared leadership is positively correlated with employee's psychological security and advice behavior;and employees' psychological security plays a mediating role on the positive relationship between shared leadership and voice behavior.
