中国胃癌内镜诊治现状

Present Situation in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in China

目前,中国胃癌新发病例及死亡人数居世界首位。在中国多数胃癌患者就诊时已发展为进展期胃癌,其远期疗效较差。而早期胃癌治疗后其5年生存率可达95%~97%。近年来,随着中国消化内镜事业的迅速发展,多种胃癌内镜微创诊疗技术相继开展,胃癌早期诊断率得以提升,早期胃癌内镜治疗效果好、创伤小,有效提高患者的生存率。

Recently among all the gastric malignancies, China has the world＇s largest new cases and deaths. Most patients with gastric cancer in clinic have entered advanced stage of gastric cancer, with a poorer long-term curative effect. Meanwhile, the 5 year survival rate for early gastric cancer after treatment can reach 95%-97% in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of digestive endoscopy in China, newdiagonostic and therapitic endoscopy technologies for gastric cancer have been practiced. The early detective rate of gastric cancer in China increased. And the endoscopic therapitic shows more effective and less invasivep which significantly improved the survival rate of patients.
