Research on the Issues Related to Rural Vitalization Strategy Based on Health Perspective

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略，坚持农业农村优先发展，按照“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总要求，加快推进农业农村现代化。中央农村工作会议强调，走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路。从健康的视角来看，实现乡村振兴，就是要确保农村生态系统、农业生产系统以及农村人居环境系统三大系统的健康，这是提升农村居民身体健康的保障。基于对农村居民健康状况的阐述，对农村生态系统、农业生产系统以及农村人居环境系统状况进行全面分析，提出加强农村生态治理，保障三大系统健康，助力乡村振兴的政策建议。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a rural vitalization strategy, prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas, and speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas according to the general requirements of thriving businesses, pleasant living environments, socialetiquette and civility, effective governance, and prosperity. The Central Conference on Rural Workemphasized the rural vitalization road ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics. From a health perspective, to realize the rural vitalization is to ensure the health of the three systems such as the rural ecosystem, the agricultural production system and the rural living environment system, which is the guarantee for improving the health of rural residents.Based on describing the health condition of rural residents, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the rural ecosystem, the agricultural production system and the rural living environment system,this paper analyzed the health status of the three systems and put forward the policy suggestions to strengthen the rural ecological governance for ensuring the health of the three systems and promoting the rural vitalization.
